AtomistixVirtualNanolab奈米元件電性仿真軟體可用來開展原子尺度上的數值

VirtualNanoLabisbasedonAtomistixToolKit(ATK)andgivesaccessto

scriptgenerationthesetechniquesaresimpleandintuitivetouse
whetherornotyouareanexpertinquantumchemistryand
electronic-structurecalculations.

efficient.Usingmodelingpriorto,orincombinationwith,practical
laboratoryworkacceleratesthedevelopmentbylimitingthe

Withversion2.0,releasedinOctober2007,VirtualNanoLabappearsin
newshape.ThenewVirtualNanoLabtakesadvantageofNanoLanguage,the
scriptingenvironmentintroducedalreadyinAtomistixToolKit2.1andis
avisualNanoLanguagescriptgenerator.
